Key Responsibilities Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support individuals in maintaining their independence by encouraging participation in daily activities. Implement and follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different care environments. A driving license is advantageous, as some services may require travel.
