IT Marketing Executive Salary: GBP41,000 OTE (GBP39,000 basic plus GBP2,000 bonus) Location: Fleet, hybrid working This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing technology business working with innovative IT solutions. You will join commercial teams and channel partners to help bring specialist products to market and support business growth. You will help plan and deliver marketing activity that raises awareness, engages partners and customers, generates demand and contributes to commercial growth. Working closely with internal sales teams and external technology partners, you ll turn business priorities into practical campaigns, monitor results and identify ways to improve performance. Key responsibilities Support the development and delivery of quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Research market opportunities and help identify activities that can support growth. Translate business priorities and market insight into clear campaign plans and actions. Coordinate multi–channel campaigns across digital channels, content, events, social media and partner activity. Work with sales colleagues to ensure campaigns support commercial priorities and customer needs. Review campaign data and market feedback to improve engagement and performance. Track agreed measures, including campaign effectiveness, engagement and contribution to sales opportunities. Work with technology partners to plan joint marketing activity and co–branded campaigns. Help partners access relevant campaign resources, guidance and marketing support. Prepare updates on activity, results and recommendations, and support planning meetings and reviews. Help manage marketing budgets and partner–funded activity to achieve value for money. Support budget tracking, campaign reporting and the administration of marketing funding. Monitor the impact of marketing activity on engagement, pipeline and business performance. Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment. About you Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within IT, technology, channel or partner–led environments. Experience supporting marketing plans and campaigns that contribute to measurable business outcomes. An understanding of demand generation, partner marketing and go–to–market activity. Confident communication and relationship–building skills, with the ability to work across teams. Organised and commercially aware, with strong project coordination and attention to detail. Comfortable reviewing campaign data, budgets and performance reports. What success looks like Effective delivery of marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities.
