Job Details
Fife Health & Social Care Partnership is seeking to recruit an innovative, creative and enthusiastic Social Worker to join the Social Work Contact Centre on a temporary one-year basis.
This is a varied and rewarding role involving complex assessments of need and risk, alongside Adult Support and Protection responsibilities. As a result, this post is not suitable for Newly Qualified Social Workers.
The Social Work Contact Centre is a fast-paced environment where practitioners are required to make timely, informed decisions while ensuring the best possible outcomes for people who use services. The diverse range of referrals received requires staff to maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, policy, guidance and research. Ongoing learning is supported through regular team development sessions, and colleagues are encouraged to contribute ideas that enhance service delivery across Fife.
You will join a dedicated, supportive and collaborative team that values mutual respect, kindness and professional curiosity. We are committed to fostering a positive team culture and to working effectively with service users, carers and multi-agency partners to achieve the best outcomes.
