Food Beverage Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Surrey’s leading family attraction establishments.

Food and drink are an important part of the visitor experience, with multiple catering outlets serving guests throughout the year.

They are now looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead the team and continue driving standards across the department.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take ownership of a busy, fast-paced Food & Beverage operation.

Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional visitor experiences and outstanding food safety standards.

This is a hands-on management role where you’ll lead by example, support your team during busy service periods and work collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless visitor experience.

• Lead the daily operation across multiple Food & Beverage outlets.
• Inspire, coach and develop a large team to deliver consistently high standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service is at the heart of every visitor interaction.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas and labour costs effectively.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Monitor stock control, ordering and wastage to maximise profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, visitor satisfaction and commercial performance.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front and thrives in a busy hospitality environment.

You’ll have

• At least two years’ experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar senior hospitality management role.
• Experience managing multiple outlets or high-volume hospitality operations.
• A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to remain calm, positive and solution-focused under pressure.
• A proactive approach with confidence to make decisions and drive improvements.
• Level 3 Food Safety (or equivalent) is desirable.
