About the role
What you'll do
- Provide first-line technical support across Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 and networking.
- Resolve incidents and service requests while delivering excellent customer service.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, PCs, printers, VPNs, Wi-Fi and connectivity issues.
- Monitor and respond to alerts using HaloPSA, NinjaOne and Hudu.
- Escalate complex issues with clear diagnostics and accurate documentation.
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year's commercial IT support experience (MSP experience desirable).
- Good Microsoft 365 administration and Windows troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and VPNs.
- Strong communication skills with a genuine customer-first attitude.
- A desire to learn, develop and build a career in IT.
