Counterbalance/Reach Forklift Driver

We're currently recruiting a Counterbalance / Reach Forklift Driver to join a busy coldstore operation in Grimsby. This is a temp–to–perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering steady hours, shift allowance, and overtime at enhanced rates. Pay & Benefits 14.23 per hour+ 1.05 per hour shift allowance (paid when all shifts in the week are completed)Overtime available – paid at x1.5PPE provided (suitable for a coldstore environment)Working Days & Shifts Monday to FridayAlternating shifts weekly:06:00–14:0014:00–22:00The Role Working within a –20 C coldstore environment, duties will typically include: Operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficientlyLoading/unloading goods and moving stock around sitePutting away stock into racking locations.Supporting despatch/goods–in activities as requiredCompleting basic paperwork / scanner work (where applicable)Maintaining housekeeping and following site health & safety rules at all timesWhat We're Looking For Valid Counterbalance AND Reach FLT licences (essential)PPT licence is an advantage but not essentialColdstore experience preferred (or willingness to work in a freezer environment)Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shiftsFlexibility for overtime when requiredStrong awareness of health & safety and safe FLT operationContract Type Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate (based on performance, attendance, and business requirements)How to Apply To apply, please apply on your preferred job platform or send your CV or contact us with your FLT experience (Counterbalance/Reach) and availability.
