Join a Leading Client as a TV/AV Sales Promoter!
Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused TV/AV Sales Promoter to represent leading global consumer electronics brand within retail stores. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, demonstrate cutting-edge home entertainment technology, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Location: Guilford
- Daily Rate: £12.71/hr
- Contract Length: 2nd Oct 2027
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable home entertainment products.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, showcasing technologies such as OLED TVs, Mini LED displays, ATMOS Soundbars, and BRAVIA THEATRE U.
- Drive sales performance by converting customer interest into purchases.
- Maintain excellent in-store presentation standards and ensure displays are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Build strong relationships with store colleagues and provide product knowledge support and training.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology developments, product features, and competitor offerings.
- Provide regular feedback on sales performance, customer trends, and promotional activities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working within a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Previous retail sales experience is advantageous.
- Understanding of retail sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics is desirable.
- Passion for technology and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
