Your Role As A Hygiene Supervisor Will Include: Leading and supervising the hygiene team Managing daily hygiene schedules and workloads Ensuring excellent hygiene and cleaning standards across the site Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety standards Training, supporting and developing members of the team Completing hygiene documentation and records Working closely with production and other departments Driving continuous improvement across the site The Successful Hygiene Supervisor Will Have: Experience within hygiene in a food manufacturing, FMCG or similar environmentSupervisory or Team Leader experience Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards Good leadership and communication skills A proactive attitude and desire to develop and progress
