About the role
Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their highly regarded team in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire offices.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Providing clear, practical legal advice while delivering an excellent standard of client care.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in the conveyancing process.
Skills & Experience:
• Have previous experience handling residential conveyancing matters.
• Be committed to delivering exceptional client service.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Be able to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a busy team.
• Have experience dealing with AML requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Be proactive, enthusiastic, and personable.
