Cover Supervisor

Primary School Cover Supervisor 

First for Education is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a large well-established primary school in Evesham.

This is a full-time, temporary position for the remainder of the academic year.

Cover Supervisor benefits:

• Competitive daily rate (£120 – £150 per day, dependent on experience)

Cover Supervisor role requirements: 

• Previous experience working with young people (school-based desirable)  

• Confident managing a classroom independently  

• Strong behaviour management skills  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

• A proactive and adaptable approach  

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing  

• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through First for Education

 
The successful Primary School Cover Supervisor will: 

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects  

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies  

• Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task  

• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour  

• Support a positive and structured learning environment  

• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
