The RoleAs an Optical Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience by:
- Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service
- Carrying out pre-screening eye health checks
- Supporting a smooth handover to the Optometrist
- Dispensing spectacles and advising on frame and lens options
- Adjusting, fitting, and repairing eye-wear
- Assisting with contact lens teaching and aftercare
- Completing a variety of administrative duties
