Assembly Operator

Proactive are currently recruiting for an experienced Assembly Operator with soldering experience to join a leading manufacturing business based in Dartford, Kent. Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and products in line with production instructions and specifications.Carry out PCB and component soldering to the required quality standards.Use soldering tools.Follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and production processes.Complete production documentation and quality records accurately.Identify and report any component, assembly, or quality issues.Carry out visual inspections and basic quality checks throughout the assembly process.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
