Job Role: Drivers Mate Location: Worcester Salary: 13.00ph – 16.00ph Job Summary Proactive are looking for reliable, hardworking Driver's Mates to join our team based in Worcester. The successful candidates will assist drivers with deliveries, loading and unloading goods, and ensuring that items are delivered safely and on time to customers. Key Responsibilities Assist drivers with daily delivery routes and schedules.Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.Help deliver goods to residential and commercial customers.Ensure all items are handled carefully to prevent damage.Assist with carrying goods and placing them in designated areas.Provide friendly and professional customer service.Follow health and safety procedures at all times.Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures where required.Keep the delivery vehicle clean, tidy and organised.Communicate effectively with drivers, customers and the transport team.Requirements Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying goods.Reliable, punctual and hardworking.Good communication and teamwork skills.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work in a fast–paced environment.Previous warehouse or delivery experience is an advantage but not essential.How to Apply: For more information on the role, or an informal discussion regarding opportunities we have available, please contact Jemal Tawfieg on (phone number removed) or (url removed) Why work with Proactive?
