About the role
Site-Based Project Manager – High-End Residential Refurbishment – Paddington
We are seeking an experienced Site-Based Project Manager to deliver a high-end residential refurbishment project in Paddington.
This is a hands-on role overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining programme, and ensuring exceptional quality standards throughout. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record delivering luxury residential refurbishments in London, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to coordinate trades in high-spec environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Full site management from strip-out to completion
- Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
- Programme management and reporting
- Quality control to high-end finish standards
- Health & Safety compliance
- Client and consultant liaison
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing prime or super-prime residential refurbishments
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to drive programme and maintain quality under pressure
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
Immediate start available. Competitive day rate / salary depending on experience.
