The Role As a Graduate Technical Sales Executive, you’ll focus on generating new business while also developing relationships with existing customers. You’ll learn how to sell specialist environmental services that help organisations manage waste more responsibly, improve sustainability and reduce their environmental impact, while receiving hands-on support throughout your first year. The first five weeks include a full induction covering sales, environmental services and practical commercial skills, followed by ongoing in-house learning and further development opportunities. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers across target sectors. Respond to inbound enquiries and provide tailored quotations for waste services. Build your own portfolio of customers and develop long-term business relationships. Research prospects and identify new opportunities across regional markets. Work with marketing, field sales and other internal teams on active leads. Maintain accurate CRM records and work towards monthly and annual sales targets.
