Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person at the showroomProvide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional and positivePlan efficient driving routes for the teamManage the schedule for up to 60 driversDrive vehicles to events, exhibitions, and showsCoordinate and schedule regular vehicle servicing and MOTsOrder and manage car parts for the fleetMaintain the cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle fleet and premises What We re Looking For: A valid UK driving licence (must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes)Strong organisational skills with great attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesA confident, professional demeanour with a customer-first mindsetThe ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressureA willingness to undergo training for a Broadland LicenceA genuine interest in or knowledge of vehicle mechanics Hours & Salary: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexibility required during busy periods, including evenings and weekends, and a rota-based on-call) Salary: Up to GBP26,436.80 - GBP28,(Apply online only) annually (DOE) About Contract Personnel: Contract Personnel are one of East Anglia s longest standing, leading, independent recruitment agencies established in 1989.
