Customer Service Advisor - Immediate Start Contract Type:Temporary until late December, with potential opportunities available beyond the assignment We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisers to join a busy and fast-paced contact centre environment based in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a customer-focused role, and is confident managing a high volume of calls and enquiries. Location: Norwich - fully office based Salary: 12.71 per hour Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern. Shifts are between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Sunday, including some weekend working. Key Responsibilities: Handling inbound calls from customers and service users in a professional and empathetic mannerArranging appointments and coordinating support servicesAccurately updating and maintaining information on internal systemsProviding clear and helpful information over the phoneManaging multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentWorking closely with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experienceRequirements: Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre or busy office environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood Microsoft Office and computer skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyA professional, friendly, and approachable mannerThe ability to remain calm and organised under pressureFlexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends If you enjoy helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a friendly team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
