Our client is seeking dedicated Front of House Staff to join their team. As a member of our client's front of house team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner
  
• Assist guests with seating arrangements and manage reservations
  
• Provide detailed knowledge of menu items and assist with recommendations
  
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, catering to guests' preferences and dietary needs
  
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with tact and efficiency
  
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
