As the leader of a 4-person analytics function, you’ll guide a talented team and build the next generation of reporting, intelligence, and data products. You’ll shape how the organisation understands its performance, using modern tools and technologies to craft high-impact visualisations, automation, and analysis that drive results. Your role can be split into four key areas: leading and delivering insight, managing and developing the BI function, partnering with key stakeholders up to C-suite, and owning data governance and output. About You Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation Advanced SQL and expertise in Tableau (strongly preferred BI tool) Proven experience in people management and stakeholder management Experience delivering innovative data solutions that drive business impact
