You’ll focus primarily on new business development, introducing a specialist range of HMI solutions and power products into key industries across the UK.rnrnKey Responsibilitiesrn

• Drive new business development across the UK within Industrial, Defence, Rail and Medical sectorsrn• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities from initial contact through to closern• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customersrn• Promote a full range of HMI and power products, including switches, keypads, joysticks, power supplies and convertersrn• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with revenue targetsrn• Use CRM systems to manage pipeline, forecasts and customer interactionsrn• Collaborate with internal teams and international suppliersrn• Represent the business at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry eventsrn• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers

• A proven track record in a Business Development or Technical Sales role within electronic components (ideally HMI or Power)rn• Proven ability to generate new business and close salesrn• Experience selling into sectors such as Industrial, Defence, Rail or Medicalrn• Strong technical understanding of electronic componentsrn• Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsrn• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working autonomouslyrn• Experience using CRM/ERP systems (Dynamics/Business Central advantageous)rn• Full UK driving licence
