The Opportunity

You will join an established and highly regarded Building Surveying team, working across a varied portfolio of professional and project-based instructions.

Your role will include:

• Delivering building surveys, technical due diligence and condition reports.
• Advising clients on planned maintenance, refurbishment and lifecycle matters.
• Managing building surveying projects from inception through to completion.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
• Working alongside experienced professionals across the wider property consultancy.
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Building Surveying team.

What We're Looking For

• MRICS qualification with a Building Surveying background.
• Strong post-qualification experience within a property consultancy.
• A proven track record across professional and/or project services.

• A commercially minded, proactive approach to your work.
