Who we're looking for You'll have a track record of billing in a recruitment environment, whether that's perm, temp, or contract desks. You understand what it takes to build a pipeline, manage a full 360 process, and keep clients and candidates onside when things get tight. Just as important, you'll align with how we work: high-performing, honest, and genuinely invested in the people you're placing, not just the fee.
