We're recruiting for a Lettings and Property Management Specialist to join a successful and highly respected independent estate agency in King's Lynn.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused lettings professional who enjoys building strong relationships, managing the lettings process from start to finish, and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. The Role

As a Lettings and Property Management Specialist, you will:

• Manage the lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenant move-in
• Conduct property viewings and meet with prospective tenants and landlords
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
• Coordinate maintenance issues and liaise with contractors to ensure timely resolutions
• Negotiate offers and progress tenancies smoothly and efficiently
• Advise landlords on compliance, legislation and local market conditions
• Prepare tenancy documentation and oversee referencing procedures
• Ensure properties meet current legislative and compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities to win new business and grow the lettings portfolio
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across lettings, property management and sales

Lettings and Property Management Specialist Requirements

• Proven experience within residential lettings
• Good understanding of property management processes
• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify new business opportunities
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• A professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
