Site Supervisor

Our client is looking for a Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project based at Netherton, Peterhead. This is a contract position for an initial duration of 6 months, requiring a full-time commitment from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Maintain a consistent presence on site, ensuring business values are upheld. Monitor and promote safety on site, logging incidents, observations, and good practices on EcoOnline. Engage in day-to-day interactions with contractors, checking and auditing on-site quality, and resolving issues at site level. Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant Supply Chain Manager or Project Manager. Ensure the project is constructed according to design specifications and Works Information. Monitor and report on site progress against the project programme, including daily and weekly reports on project works and safety matters. Ensure site activities comply with planning consents and associated conditions. Support Construction Managers in their duties. Promote the development of Trainee Construction Managers alongside the Construction Manager and assist the Lead Construction Manager as necessary. Attend project meetings and contribute as required. About You Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role within the renewable energy sector. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with contractors and project teams. Experience in monitoring project progress and reporting.
