No need for sales, websites, marketing, their clients come back to them, every single time.
Passed down over two generations, this business experience organic growth but enjoy the size and pace they’re at, giving a first class service to their most loyal customers day in, day out.
I met with the MD today, and what a guy. A local man, took the business over from his father 27 years ago and wanted to remain with the same core values he had. Loyalty, integrity and trust. Still to this day, the business lives and breathes them values.
Due to his current Administrator retiring soon, after 60 years of service, he’s looking to replace her with someone just as incredible. He would like to employ somebody who has the company’s core values running through their veins, an excellent Administrator who can put their hand to anything.
A small business so expect a varied role, one minute you may be helping the Accounts Manager with some invoicing and the next helping the Operations Manager with delivery and logistics.
It needs someone used to that, someone highly experienced who isn’t going to need their hand holding.
The process and organisation is super sleek, it’s worked for 60 years and still works now. Although, they are in the middle of getting a bit of a system upgrade which he’d love your input on!
