About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Showroom Maintenance Administrator to join our team based at Head Office in Barton-upon-Humber. This role will support the smooth running of maintenance operations across our UK showrooms.
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 to 17:00. Main Responsibilities:- Liaising with maintenance contractors to plan and schedule work.
- Raising purchase orders and approving invoices.
- Monitoring open maintenance jobs and ensuring timely closure.
- Administering and filing maintenance compliance and inspection reports.
- Communicating with showrooms nationwide to organise planned and reactive maintenance.
