A lovely family in Camden is seeking a warm, experienced and reliable Nanny to care for their two young children: a 3-year-old boy and a 4-month-old girl.

The older child attends nursery, and the role will involve collecting him in the afternoons before caring for both children at home. The family is looking for someone nurturing, organised and confident caring for both a toddler and a young baby.

Working Hours

Monday–Thursday: 2:30 pm – 7:00 pm

Friday: 11:30 am – 6:00 pm

Total: Approximately 25 hours per week

Salary: £25 per hour, depending on experience

Location: Camden, London

Start Date: January

Additional Flexibility

There may be opportunities for additional hours through occasional babysitting or extra childcare during school half-terms. However, this is entirely optional and not a requirement of the role.

This is a lovely opportunity for a dedicated Nanny seeking a regular part-time position with a young family in Camden.

Responsibilities

• Collect the 3-year-old boy from nursery, approximately a 30-minute walk or a short bus ride away.
• Provide attentive, nurturing care for both children.
• Plan age-appropriate activities, play and outings to support the children's development.
• Support the baby's daily routine, including feeding, naps and general care.
• Prepare simple meals for the children.
• Manage the evening routine, including bath time and bedtime.
• Ensure the children's safety, comfort and wellbeing at all times.

Requirements

• Previous professional nanny experience, ideally with both babies and toddlers.
• Ideally a native English, German or Italian speaker.
• Warm, patient and nurturing, with a genuine love of working with young children.
• Confident managing the needs of two children at different developmental stages.
• Reliable, proactive and well organised.
• Comfortable managing nursery collections and travelling locally with the children.
