Management Accountant

A large construction company in Doncaster have a vacancy for an ambitious Management Accountant. This role has been created after an internal promotion 

Hybrid working, 25 days holiday plus increasing with years of service, Study support available, bonus scheme, pension and DIS

• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly and consolidated management accounts.
• Support the monthly close process, ensuring the timely completion of journals, reconciliations and reporting activities.
• Produce financial reports and provide meaningful analysis to support business decision-making.
• Partner with budget holders and regional finance teams, providing financial insight and guidance.
• Maintain and update forecasts, supporting wider group budgeting and planning processes.
• Prepare financial reporting for joint venture entities, including management accounts, statutory accounts and board reporting.

You will be;

• Qualified or nearly qualified Accountant
• Experience working within a large corporate organisation
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse, manipulate and present financial data effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across the business.
