At Abbey Woods, we believe that every child deserves to feel valued, inspired and successful. We are a warm, inclusive primary school at the heart of our community, where relationships matter, expectations are high and children are encouraged to be the very best versions of themselves.
Our values of Community, Aspiration, Respect and Equality (CARE) shape everything we do. We are proud of our ambitious journey of improvement and are looking for teachers who share our commitment to ensuring every child thrives both academically and personally.
We are seeking enthusiastic, experienced and reflective teachers who genuinely enjoy working with children and who understand the difference that positive relationships can make. We want colleagues who believe in our CARE values and who share our ambition for every child to thrive.
We are looking for teachers with a growth mindset, high expectations and a passion for making learning meaningful, memorable and inspiring. We want practitioners who can bring energy and creativity to the classroom, injecting life into learning whilst never losing sight of strong outcomes. At Abbey Woods, you will join a supportive and collaborative team who work hard for one another and for the children we serve. We value creativity, professionalism, kindness and a willingness to go the extra mile. In return, we offer a welcoming environment, opportunities for professional development and the chance to make a real difference to our children and community.
