We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator to join a highly respected and well-established independent estate agency in Sheringham, North Norfolk.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused property professional with strong sales and negotiation skills, looking to work with a quality property portfolio, build lasting client relationships and progress their career within a successful and supportive business.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
• Generate new business opportunities and secure property valuations
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process
• Provide expert advice on local market conditions and property values
• Work towards individual and branch sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling journey
• Represent the business professionally within the local community

Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator Requirements

• Proven experience within residential estate agency
• Experience as a Sales Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator or in a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, ambitious and target-driven approach
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Knowledge of the North Norfolk property market would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
