KS1 - Teaching AssistantLocation: Enfield, North LondonHours: Full-time, Monday to FridaySchool: Two-form entry primary schoolAre you a caring, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who loves helping young children learn, grow and reach their potential?SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a welcoming, two-form entry primary school in Enfield that is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join its KS1 team.This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive school community, working alongside experienced teachers to help children develop their confidence, independence and essential early learning skills.What will you be doing?Supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 with their daily learning.Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce literacy and numeracy.Helping children develop their confidence, communication and social skills.Supporting classroom routines and creating a positive learning environment.Working closely with the class teacher to ensure every child receives the support they need.What we're looking for:Previous experience working with primary-aged children.A positive, patient and proactive approach.Someone who can build strong relationships with pupils and staff.A genuine passion for supporting children's education and development.What's on offer?£95-£105 per day, depending on experience, PAYE.A full-time role in an established primary school.The opportunity to develop your experience in KS1.Support from a dedicated SANZA consultant throughout your placement.Interested?
