We are a community, and we want all students to thrive in a happy, safe, supportive, yet challenging learning environment. Our vision is to be outstanding in all we do. This includes students pursuing academic success and developing a set of skills which will prepare them for life beyond school. We have an ambitious academic curriculum for all students with hard work expected as standard.
Being part of the Alder team, you will receive:
✅ The opportunity to work with honest, aspirational students brimming with potential.
✅ High levels of support and challenge to maximise performance.
✅ An extensive package of CPD.
✅ A stimulating and friendly working environment.
✅ Access to a wide range of wellbeing services through the School Wellbeing Service app.
✅ Staff access to fitness suite before and after school.

If you share our values, have the vision and drive for excellence and want to be part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team, committed to ensuring that students fulfil their potential, then we look forward to hearing from you.
The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and young people. Your enthusiasm and proactive, ‘can do’ attitude will be amongst your strengths. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
