About the role
Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Paint & Assembly Operative on behalf of our client based in Tiptree.
This is a varied, hands-on role working across both the Paint and Assembly departments. No previous experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get into manufacturing.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assisting with painting and preparation duties.
Supporting assembly and production tasks.
Moving between departments as required.
Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
Following health and safety procedures.
About You
Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Flexible and happy to work across different departments.
Previous fenestration experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Hours: 40 hour week
Salary: £12.71–£13.00 per hour
Job Type: Temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
