Senior Pensions Administrator

Are you an experienced pensions professional with strong DB scheme knowledge and a passion for developing others? We're looking for a Senior Pensions Administrator to support service delivery while coaching and training colleagues to improve member outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pension administration services in line with client and scheme requirements.
- Provide training, coaching and mentoring to colleagues (approximately 50% of the role).
- Support workload allocation and team performance.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality and customer service.
- Assist with audits, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven pensions administration experience, including Defined Benefit (DB) schemes.
- Experience coaching, mentoring or training others.
- Strong accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail.
- Pension buy-in administration knowledge is advantageous.
