About the role
Digital Press Operator
Double Day Shifts:
Monday to Friday 6:00am - 1:30pm
Monday to Friday 1:30pm - 9:00pm
Night Shifts (4 Nights):
Monday to Thursday 9:00pm - 6:00am
Sunday to Wednesday 9:00pm - 6:00am
Salary: 30k (+shift allowance)
We are recruiting for an experienced Digital Press Operator to join a busy print manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining digital presses, ensuring all jobs are produced accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate digital printing equipment, including HP Indigo Series 4 and Ricoh Pro 9210/9500 presses.
Ensure all work is produced to customer specifications and quality standards.
Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to maximise press uptime.
Minimise waste, monitor reprints, and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Support the wider production team to achieve daily targets.
About You:
Previous experience operating digital printing presses.
Knowledge of HP Indigo and/or Ricoh digital print equipment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Experience within a fast-paced print or packaging environment is advantageous.
