Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a role where you can really make a difference?

We're working with a well-established, globally recognised brand based in Bracknell who are looking to add a proactive and customer-focused Credit Controller to their finance team.

This is a varied role that combines credit control, account reconciliation, customer relationship management and wider finance support. You'll be managing customer accounts, reducing aged debt, resolving queries and ensuring cash is collected efficiently while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Managing and collecting outstanding customer debt
✅ Allocating customer payments and maintaining sales ledger records
✅ Reconciling customer accounts and investigating discrepancies
✅ Producing reports and customer statements
✅ Resolving account queries professionally and efficiently
✅ Supporting month-end and audit activities
✅ Working closely with Sales, Finance and Customer Service teams

We're looking for:

✔ Previous Credit Control experience
✔ Strong reconciliation and account management skills
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
✔ Good Excel skills and confidence using finance systems
✔ High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
✔ A team player with a proactive, positive attitude
