Contract Site Manager - Interior Fit-Out
Connect Grp UK Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable interior fit-out company for a Contract Site Manager position based in Central London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead interior refurbishment projects within a dynamic and professional environment. Our client prides itself on delivering high-quality projects and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the interior fit-out sector.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience managing projects in Central London or similar urban environments.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, managing subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to site progress, control of site logs, and reporting to the main office.
