Job Role:- Automotive Service Advisor
Salary:- £35000 OTE
Location:- Bognor Regis
Hours:- Monday to Friday only 8:30-5:30pm

We have taken on for a Service Advisor in the Bognor Regis for a very popular Prestige Dealership. The lifespan of this dealership goes well over 50 years; a household name brand, with a very loyal / repeat customer base. This is a very active site, which means high upsell potential and strong team bonuses too. 

Here are a few pointers: –

• £35,000 OTE
• 1 of 2 Saturdays
• Very quick accreditation – one fact about the Group is the majority of their managers progress frequently from within, you will be given training for growth through their training academy.
• 25 days holiday + Bank

Key role and responsibilities for this Service Advisor role 

• Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
• Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
• Sell additional products as appropriate to customer’s needs
• Advise on timescales and collection arrangements / Produce job cards on in-house computer system
• Update customer and vehicle records / Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
• Preparation and completion of invoices

Minimum requirements for this Service Advisor role

• Experience in a similar role, as a Service Admin / Service Advisor or similar
• An ability to sell additional products and services to customer
• Driving license
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• The ability to manage multiple tasks
