About the role
Site Manager - Exeter EX4
MadiganGill are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a construction project in Exeter, with an immediate start available.
The role will involve overseeing the current phase of works, which is expected to run until December/January.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works run to programme.
Maintaining quality control standards and completing relevant paperwork.
Using Fieldview for site documentation and quality management.
Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.
Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring progress on site.
Requirements:
SMSTS certificate.
First Aid at Work (FAW).
Experience with quality control paperwork.
Comfortable using Fieldview.
Fire Marshal training would be advantageous.
Experience with roofing systems would be beneficial.
Job Details:
Location: Exeter, EX4
Rate: £300-£325 per day, depending on experience
Start: Immediate
Duration: Until January
