Job Title: Children’s Home Registered Manager
Location: Bradford
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)
Job Description:
Are you an experienced Children’s Home Manager ready to lead a supportive, child-focused service in Bradford?
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day management of a children’s home in Bradford as a Children’s Home Manager
Ensure the safe and effective management of the service, supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
Work with the Responsible Individual (RI) to ensure compliance with OFSTED and company standards
Manage safeguarding concerns in line with policy and best practice
Recruit, develop and supervise the staff team to ensure consistent, child-focused support
Create positive outcomes for children and young people through effective leadership and oversight
Manage the home’s budget and contribute to service improvement
Requirements:
Level 5 in leadership and management, or working towards
Level 3 in children and young people
Driving Licence
Deputy or Registered Manager experience
Strong understanding of safeguarding and OFSTED compliance
