Welfare Cleaner

Job Title: Welfare Labourer (Part-Time)

Location: South Mimms, Potters Bar (EN6)

Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour (Umbrella)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM (3 hours/day, 15 hours/week)

Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible

Duration: Ongoing

• Sanitising and cleaning all site welfare areas, including canteens, drying rooms, toilets, washrooms, and site offices.

• Emptying welfare waste bins and safely disposing of rubbish in designated skips.

• Monitoring and replenishing consumables (toilet rolls, hand wash, hand sanitiser, paper towels).

• Mopping, sweeping, and wiping down high-touch communal surfaces.

• Assisting the site team with general light housekeeping to ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.

• Valid CSCS Card (Essential)

• Standard 5-point PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, hard hat, hi-vis vest/jacket, gloves, safety glasses)

• Previous experience in welfare cleaning or general labouring on construction sites

• Reliable, punctual, and available to work 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM consistently

• Valid Right to Work in the UK
