The Role

As a Retail Shift Manager, you’ll help maintain high standards day after day at our brand-new store location. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you’ll keep operations running like clockwork, thriving in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You’ll also reap the rewards of your hard work, enjoying the responsibility to prove yourself as a leader and find your footing for future success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Motivate and support your team, learning from leadership and company principles.

• Problem Solving: Swiftly solve problems, delegate tasks effectively, and keep shifts running smoothly.

• Store Operations: Create an environment where colleagues can succeed, and manage operations in the absence of the Store and Deputy Store Managers.

• Inventory & Quality: Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management.

• Customer Experience: Give customers the very best experience every time they visit your store.

• Experience: Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast-paced environment.

• Leadership & Delegation: The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team.

What You’ll Receive

• Competitive Pay: £15.45 - £15.65 per hour, with additional shift premiums (£2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights).
