Water Hygiene Technician – Field Operations Technician - Ealing
P&H Contractor (Social Housing Market)
Overview:
Our client, an established property maintenance and installation organisation, is seeking a Field Operations Technician to join their successful team. This role will complement the heating and maintenance team specialising in the servicing, repair and installation of gas central heating and hot water services to local authority and Housing Association landlords. The post holder will be expected to support a team of repairs and/or maintenance operatives who provide services in commercial plant rooms and dwellings, including heating installations and appliances in client properties.
Ideal Candidate:
- ACS qualifications - minimum of CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, (CENWAT), CKR1, CPA1, CODNCO1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1, BMP1 & MET4
- Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training.
- IOSH 1-day ‘Working Safely’ Training Certificate (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in similar role.
- Must be able to survey and estimate any project works, and maintain the associated administration processes.
- Have a high level of literacy and numeracy.
- Full driving licence.
