About the role
NEW – Commercial Property Solicitor – London
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercial property solicitor to join an established and successful Legal 500 ranked firm.
The Candidate
- 3-5 years' PQE (guideline)
- Should have broad experience of sales and acquisitions, development, investment and portfolio management among others
- Client facing, with a commercial approach
- Ability to work well in a structured team environment
The team deals with a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases, purchases and sales
- Landlord and tenant
- Licenses
- Property finance
- Security lending
- Advising on all types of property agreement
The team is highly regarded in the sector and counts a number of household names as clients, particularly those in the retail and leisure sector.
