The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate, hands-on Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager who genuinely enjoys delivering memorable dining experiences.
You will play a key role in the day-to-day operation, working closely with the owners and kitchen team to maintain excellent standards of food, wine and service.

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or strong Restaurant Supervisor ready for progression.
* A background in quality restaurants, boutique hotels or Rosette-standard dining.
* A genuine passion for excellent food, wine and personalised service.
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, guest-focused approach.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
* Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a small, dedicated team.
