About the role
Worcestershire County Council is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Children’s Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while also supporting the development of social work practice. Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to team and service improvement, participating in audits, practice forums, and the implementation of evidence-based models.

Work closely with multi-agency partners, advocating for children and ensuring effective safeguarding and care planning.
