Project Manager

I’m working with an independent healthcare creative agency looking for a Project Manager to keep a varied mix of global projects moving, bringing structure, organisation and a calm head to a busy boutique agency. This agency works across healthcare brand strategy, product launches and sales enablement, alongside a growing medical communications offering. You’ll work closely with client services, creative and medical colleagues, turning agreed briefs into clear plans and keeping everyone aligned through delivery. From managing timelines and coordinating resources to tracking progress and flagging potential hold-ups, you’ll be the person who knows what’s happening, what’s needed next and who needs to be involved. You’ll bring project management experience within a healthcare brand communications or healthcare advertising agency, confidence managing several projects at once and the ability to keep work moving when priorities change. You’ll enjoy working closely with people, solving practical problems and getting stuck in as part of a small team. Clear project management experience within healthcare brand communications or healthcare advertising is essential. Applications that do not demonstrate this experience will not be shortlisted. This is a hybrid role, although applications from candidates seeking remote working will also be considered. The agency is open to considering a permanent hire or freelance support. Apply now if this looks like you and the right opportunity for your next career move. For a confidential chat, either about this role or your next career move, please contact Nicky Stunt, Principal Healthcare Communications Recruiter at RBW Consulting , at [email removed] .
