  • Monitor tachograph performance, driver's hours compliance and Working Time Directive adherence.
  • Support depot management teams on transport and compliance-related matters.
  • Complete risk assessments and promote a strong Health, Safety and Environmental culture.
  • Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions and maintain compliance records.
  • Work closely with operational stakeholders to ensure fleet availability and service performance.

About You

We're looking for a practical and proactive Transport Manager who enjoys being visible within the operation and leading from the front.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

  • Valid Transport Manager CPC qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience managing commercial vehicle fleets.
  • Strong knowledge of Operator Licence compliance requirements.

Desirable

  • Experience within the tanker, fuel distribution or bulk haulage sector.
  • Technical knowledge of tanker operations and fleet compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed fleets and multi-site operations.
  • ADR knowledge and experience would be advantageous.
