Medical Support Secretary

A Part-time, permanent position has arisen within the ENT Department based at Raigmore Hospital for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will deliver a quality support secretarial service. You should have proven administrative experience, the ability to work accurately under pressure, have attention to detail and work co-operatively within a team.

You will provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Secretaries, Consultants and their clinical team working in the ENT Department and across the division as required by service needs.

Medical terminology is preferable but not essential and a high degree of typing speed and accuracy are required together with excellent organisational skills and flexibility in approach to work.

The core hours of the service are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, the 25 hours for this post are worked over 5 days, 9am-2pm. This post will be based in ENT Department, Raigmore Hospital.
