About the role
Property Litigation Solicitor
Exeter, Devon or Taunton, Somerset
This excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior property litigation solicitor or legal executive to join a highly regarded Legal 200-ranked firm.
The Role
- Advise on a broad range of property litigation matters
- Clients will include registered providers, local authorities and other housing sector clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, professional contacts and referrers
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider department
What experience do you need?
- 1-4 years' PQE as a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- Property litigation experience
- If you have a strong litigation background, but no property litigation experience yet, do get in touch if you have a strong interest in this area of law
